Hi. I'm Aileen, the "idea person" behind the Mommune. I'm a second generation Taiwanese-American, queer, first time Mama to an awesome 2-year-old. My child, my co-parent, and I live in the "Lamorinda" area in the Bay Area, CA. Outside of my most important full-time job as a parent, I am also a licensed psychologist and former public school teacher. My loved ones would say I’m passionate, organized, self-reflective, and silly. They would also say that I dream big.
